Sharly uses third-party authentication only — there is no separate email/password login. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple. On Business plans, SSO is also available. Use the same provider you signed up with to access your account.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can view your invoice history and download receipts for any past payment.
These are the three AI modes available at the top of the chat panel:
  • Quick — Fastest responses, best for straightforward lookups.
  • Balanced — A middle ground between speed and depth for everyday questions.
  • Thinking — The most thorough mode with advanced reasoning, best for complex analysis.
These are Content Source options in your chat settings (gear icon):
  • Focused — The AI responds strictly based on your uploaded documents. Best when you need verified, source-only answers.
  • Expanded — The AI supplements document content with general knowledge. Useful when you need broader context.
Inside any chat, click the Share Conversation button in the top-right corner. From the dashboard, you can also click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any chat row and select Share.
Yes. Click the Add Link card on your dashboard and paste any web URL. Sharly will import the page’s content and create a new chat session around it.
Go to Settings → Security & Privacy. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and follow the steps to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
Sharly doesn’t use its own password system. Reset your access through your login provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or your organization’s SSO).
