Go to Sharly and click Try Free. Use Google/Microsoft/Apple to sign up instantly. Free accounts let you upload up to 5 documents and ask 50 questions per month.

Log in

Click Log in at Sharly and sign in with one of the available providers:
Sign in instantly with your Google or Gmail account. Best if you use Gmail or Google Workspace.
Use your Outlook, Office 365, or Microsoft account. Best if you use Outlook or Office 365.
Use your Apple ID for secure sign-in on any device. Best if you use iCloud or Apple ID.
Enterprise users on Business plans can sign in with their organization’s SSO/SAML. Contact your IT admin if SSO has been configured for your team.
Sharly uses third-party authentication only — there is no separate email/password login. Sign in with the same provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) you used when you first created your account.

Reset password

Sharly doesn’t use its own password system. If you need to reset access, do it through your login provider: Google, Microsoft, Apple, or your organization’s SSO (for Team and Business plans).

Profile settings

In your profile, you can manage all key preferences:
  • Security & Privacy – Control account safety, encryption, and delete your account if needed.
  • Subscription – Check your current plan, track usage, and upgrade to unlock more features.
  • Platform – Change appearance (light/dark mode) and set your preferred interface language.
  • Prompt Library – Create, edit, and organize custom prompts for faster, consistent research.
This gives you full control over how Sharly looks, works, and keeps your data secure.
