Payment methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We support all major credit and debit cards, as well as linked payment methods available in your region (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Monthly or yearly billing

Yes. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing when subscribing.

Yearly discount

Yes. Yearly billing comes with a 20% discount compared to paying month-to-month. For example, Pro costs $15/month or $144/year ($12/month).

Add team members

If you’re on a Team or Business plan, go to Settings → Members in your workspace. Enter their email address to invite them. Each new member will be added to your subscription and can start collaborating right away.

Cancel subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account returns to Free. Documents and chats remain accessible and secure.

Cancel before billing ends

If you cancel early, your Pro, Team, or Business features remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time, but you won’t be charged again after cancellation.
