Each file can be up to 100 MB, on every plan.

Document length

The length of a single document Sharly can read depends on your plan: Scanned documents can be up to 2,000 pages on every plan. If a document is longer, Sharly shows This file is too long and tells you how long the document is. Split it into smaller files and upload them to the same chat, or upgrade to Pro if you’re on the Free plan.

Documents per chat

One chat can hold up to 100 documents. For larger collections, start a new chat.

Question length

A question can be up to about 5,500 characters, including any text you quote from the document. If your question is longer, Sharly keeps your text and asks you to shorten it. To work with a long piece of text, upload it as a document instead.

Monthly usage on Free

The Free plan includes 5 documents and 50 questions per month. Pro, Team and Business have no monthly limit. See Plans overview.
