# Billing & Subscriptions

> Manage everything related to your Sharly plan—upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Learn how billing works, where to update payment details, and how to keep your subscription aligned with your needs.

### Payment methods

All payments are processed securely through **Stripe**. We support all major credit and debit cards, as well as linked payment methods available in your region (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

### Receipts & invoices

To download a receipt or invoice for any past payment:

1. Go to **Settings → Subscription** in your Sharly workspace.
2. Click **Manage Subscription** — this opens the Stripe customer portal.
3. In the Stripe portal, find your **Invoice history** section.
4. Click the invoice you need, then download or print the receipt.

  Receipts are generated automatically by Stripe for every payment. If you need a receipt for a specific transaction and can't find it, reach out to us at **[support@sharly.ai](mailto:support@sharly.ai)**.

### Monthly or yearly billing

Yes. You can choose between **monthly** or **yearly** billing when subscribing.

### Yearly discount

Yes. Yearly billing comes with a **20% discount** compared to paying month-to-month. For example, Pro costs **\$15/month** or **\$144/year** (\$12/month).

### Add team members

If you’re on a **Team or Business plan**, go to **Settings → Members** in your workspace. Enter their email address to invite them. Each new member will be added to your subscription and can start collaborating right away.\

### Cancel subscription

You can cancel anytime from **Settings → Subscription**. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account returns to Free. Documents and chats remain accessible and secure.

### Cancel before billing ends

If you cancel early, your Pro, Team, or Business features remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time, but you won’t be charged again after cancellation.
