# Plan & activity

> See what your institution's plan includes for each member, and review the account activity log in the Sharly Admin Console.

## Your plan

Open **Plan** to see what your institutional agreement includes:

| Item | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Documents per member per month** | How many documents each member can upload |
| **Messages per member per month** | How many questions each member can ask |
| **Members** | How many members your institution can have |

Limits apply to each member individually: one member's usage doesn't affect anyone else's.

To change your plan or add members, click **Contact Sharly** or email [info@sharly.ai](mailto:info@sharly.ai).

## Activity log

Open **Activity** to see what has changed in your member list, with the date, the member and who made the change.

| Action | What happened | By |
| - | - | - |
| **Added** | A member was added | The administrator who added them |
| **First sign-in** | A member signed in to Sharly for the first time and became Active | — |
| **Removed** | A member was removed | The administrator who removed them |
| **Initial roster loaded** | Sharly imported your institution's existing member list | Sharly |
| **Institution configured** | Sharly set up or updated your institution's settings | Sharly |

The log shows the latest **100** events.
