# Admin Console

> Manage who at your institution has access to Sharly: add and remove members, check your plan, and review account activity.

The Sharly Admin Console is where your library or institution manages access to Sharly under your institutional agreement. You decide who is a member; Sharly gives each member your institution's plan.

## Who can use the console

The console is for the administrators your institution named when it joined Sharly, often librarians or IT staff. Your institution can have several administrators.

To add or change an administrator, email [info@sharly.ai](mailto:info@sharly.ai).

## Sign in

  <Step title="Choose Google, Microsoft or Apple">
    Sign in with the account that uses the email address registered as your institution's administrator.
  </Step>

    The console opens on your member list.
  </Step>

  Sign-in opens in a pop-up window. If nothing happens, allow pop-ups for console.sharly.ai and try again.

## Language

The console is available in **English** and **Spanish**. Switch with the **EN / ES** toggle at the top of the page. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
